Just 33 LLC was founded in June 2020 by Sheldon Wright, who started the company at just 14 years old after discovering his passion for marketing, design, & printing.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sheldon launched Help 4 Distance, a creative initiative focused on fun, custom-designed social distancing decals for businesses reopening their doors. With colorful ice cream-themed designs, vibrant branding, and custom logo options, the project ran for four months before social distancing requirements eased.
From there, Just 33 began working closely with small businesses in Northern New Jersey, providing services such as menus, flyers, signage, EDDM mailers, and social media management. By 2020, Just 33 had become an essential resource for many local businesses navigating their reopening.
Today, Just 33’s core focus is custom apparel, which has become the backbone of the business. The company partners with schools, municipalities, corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses to deliver high-quality screen-printed and embroidered apparel. In addition, Just 33 offers a wide range of promotional products and printing solutions to help clients stand out.

ABOUT THE OWNER:
Sheldon Wright is the owner and founder of Just 33, which he launched in June 2020 at the age of 14. A proud alumnus of Northern Highlands Regional High School, Sheldon first discovered his passion for graphic design and marketing as a freshman in a Digital Arts class taught by Doreen Albano. The skills he learned there have become the foundation of his work today as he runs Just 33.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Sheldon was a dedicated athlete, playing baseball at Northern Highlands for all four years of high school. His school spirit was evident both on and off the field, as he actively promoted and supported his school community.
Now a full-time college student and business owner, Sheldon is completing his senior year at Sacred Heart University’s Welch College of Business and Technology, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Digital Marketing.
Outside of work, Sheldon enjoys spending time with his family, girlfriend, and friends. He loves vacationing in Jupiter, Florida, taking trips to Walt Disney World, and volunteering his time on the baseball field at Northern Highlands. Sheldon’s dedication to his customers and his business is unwavering, and he takes pride in ensuring Just 33 runs smoothly and continues to deliver exceptional service.
