Holiday Production Schedule

Effective October 15 – January 15

As we approach the busy holiday season, we want to share some important production timelines and ordering deadlines to help ensure your orders arrive on time.

Custom Apparel (Screen Printing & Embroidery)

During our peak season, our standard turnaround time for all custom apparel orders is 12–16 business days following final artwork approval.

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please note the following deadlines:

• Holiday & Team Store Closings: November 25 at 11:59 PM EST

• Custom Apparel Orders: December 2 at 5:00 PM EST

All custom apparel orders must be submitted and approved by the Nov 25 (stores) / Dec 2 (regular apparel orders) deadline. Orders submitted or approved after this date, as well as online stores closing after November 24, may not be delivered until after the Christmas holiday.

Promotional Products & Corporate Gifts

For promotional products, including corporate gifts, branded merchandise, client appreciation gifts, and custom gift boxes, please place all orders by

November 20 at 5:00 PM EST to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Rush Orders

We understand that last-minute needs can arise! Rush production may be available for custom apparel and promotional products on a case-by-case basis, subject to vendor availability, production capacity, and applicable rush fees.
