PAYMENT:
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards. A 3.99% service fee will apply on orders being paid via credit/debit card. Just 33 LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke the credit or debit card payment method from any client at any time without explanation.
Customers such as but not limited to schools, towns, organizations and approved business are allowed 14 day terms and 30 day terms based on approval.
Why this policy? Due to the high volume of orders that we receive on a daily basis, we will not front the funds required to produce all orders and then wait to be paid/reimbursed for our services. All orders are produced to exact specifications approved by you, the customer.
REFUNDS:
Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account. All claims must be made within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Please email customerservice@just33llc.com immediately if there are any questions, errors, or problems with an order. Just 33 LLC will work with our quality control team and vendors to review requests and take appropriate actions.
POLICY MODIFICATIONS:
JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or remove any portion of its policies, procedures, pricing, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice.
All changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website or internal systems unless otherwise stated. It is the responsibility of the customer to review current policies prior to placing an order or engaging services with JUST 33 LLC.
Continued use of our services, placement of an order, or submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the most current version of our policies and Terms & Conditions.
Apparel Printing
TURNAROUND TIME:
Standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days from the approval of artwork proof and the receipt of payment. Finishing services such as inside tag relabeling, fold and poly bagging, or special requirements can increase turnaround time. Team Store Orders may require an additional business day to bag each individual order. Please make us aware of any specific in-hand due date you may have when placing your order. ORDERS FROM OCTOBER 15TH – JANUARY 10TH , ORDER TURN AROUND TIMES WILL BE INCREASED TO 12-16 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS & PEAK SEASON.
Requested deadlines do not make them effective unless approved. If a specific due date is required, it must be approved in writing by Just 33 LLC at the time of order.
Why this policy? Our production schedule often fluctuates because of the large volume of orders we receive and process. As with any manufacturing operation, the sooner an order is put in the queue the faster it will move forward into production. While we do everything within our ability to maintain a shorter-than-average turnaround time, each order can present unforeseen challenges which can cause delays. This window of time for turnaround offers a more realistic time frame for the completion of an order.
RUSH ORDERS:
If you need your shirts faster than 10-12 business days, with all the same guarantees as any order from Just 33 LLC, you’ll be covered with one of our faster delivery options. A turnaround in 5-7 business days, 3 business days and, 1-2 business days are available at an additional cost. Please let us know when placing your order so we can quote you accordingly.
Rush order spaces are limited. Rush Orders are not always possible and must be approved by Just 33 LLC. Rush charges apply to production time only. If an order is being shipped, Just 33 LLCis not responsible for delays on the part of the shipping carrier. The amount of time it takes a carrier to deliver the order is not guaranteed by Just 33 LLC. We have absolutely no control over delays caused by UPS or other carriers that may be used.
We do not offer same-day printing services for apparel printing.
MINIMUMS:
Please check with one of our team regarding any minimum order quantities that may apply to your order. Standard minimums are 12 total items embroidery and 24 total items screen printing. (imprint must be the same size imprint, location and colors to be counted as a total) Please note, we are sometimes able to make accommodations to these miniums based on many factors so please check with our team.
SAMPLES:
Due to prohibitive costs, single printed samples are not always available. Just 33 LLC utilizes a thorough digital proofing process on all orders. Please contact one of our team regarding any pre-production sample requests. Blank, non-decorated garment samples are offered based on availability and may be requested prior to placing your order.

A 3.9% cash lost fee will apply on orders being paid via credit card for approved contract client customers. ARTWORK APPROVAL:
All new artwork and artwork changes are approved via digital proofs sent by email. Approval of artwork proof is required prior to production. We require all approvals to be signed off digitally via email.
When approving a quote, check both the quote proof(s) carefully for any errors (spelling, grammar, colors, etc.) and omissions. Just 33 LLC WILL NOT accept any liability for errors overlooked at this stage of proofing.
Why this policy? This should be a no-brainer. This ensures that your order will be produced exactly as expected and intended. No surprises when you open the box! This protects both parties and ensures that we are all on the same page before your order going into production.
ARTWORK:
Artwork review is always free and if a simple fix is required, it is done free of charge.
Just 33 LLC reserves the right to not release copies of artwork files. Likewise, Just 33 LLC will not release final production files. All provided artwork files are kept on file for reorder purposes only. Created and recreated artwork and artwork files become and are to indefinitely remain the property of Just 33 LLC and may be discarded without notice. Proofs, films, and screens will under no circumstances be provided, will indefinitely remain the property of Just 33 LLC and may be discarded without notice.
Why this policy? Artwork creation and correction take time and experience to be done properly. Our talented design team is happy to assist you with your order and is proud to be compensated at the industry standard rate.
GARMENT AVAILABILITY:
Just 33 LLC reserves the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when the client’s request is unavailable without notice.
SHIPPING:
Orders requiring shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or arranged by the client. Shipping time is additional to turnaround time. Please consider this when placing time-sensitive orders. Clients may request their orders to be shipped on their UPS shipping account via third-party.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY:
All orders are subject to photography and/or video documentation by Just 33 LLC mainly for but not limited to advertising and demonstration purposes unless otherwise requested and approved.
SPOILAGE:
Due to unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances in the production process, mistakes sometimes happen. All orders are subject to a 3% spoilage allowance, and 5% on any orders that include polyester, nylon, spandex, and/or tri-blend apparel, 5% also applies to Simulated and 4-Color process projects. Orders under 48 pieces are subject to a 6 piece spoilage allowance. Spoiled units will be discarded immediately. While it is rare that misprints will occur, it is common practice in the printing industry to maintain this policy. If an exact quantity is required, please include extras in your order. In the event a reprint is required within this allowance, reprints may be subject to a reset fee.
LOGO PLACEMENT:
1/2” leniency on either side towards the seams, or bottom of the collar overall is deemed acceptable.
PMS COLORS:
PMS Inks are within 90% acceptable range, depending on the coverage of the ink, what you are printing, and on the shift in color when printing on an underbase. No perfect match is guaranteed. All Pantone colors are mixed with our industry-leading mixing system, which uses precise gram scales to ensure closest color match.
UNDER/OVER PACKING:
Human and mechanical packaging errors are inevitable which is why we acknowledge a quantity discrepancy of 1% or 2 pieces, whichever is greater, in either direction (under or over).
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval and/or payment.
Why this policy? Our production schedule moves very quickly due to the very high volume of orders we receive. At times an order may be put into motion just moments after approval and/or payment have been received. This means that garments and materials may have already been purchased to produce the order. Likewise, the processes that go into the setup phase of your job may have already taken place.
CLAIMS & RETURNS:
All claims must be made within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Please email info@just33llc.com immediately if there are any questions, errors, or problems with an order. Exchanges/reprints are only offered on unworn, unwashed orders returned in their entirety. Partial returns will be satisfied by credit. We do not offer refunds. Just 33 LLC must quality control the issue and will be un-able to make a decision without the goods being returned. Please note Just 33 LLC will take a look at all issues and be in contact with you with solutions. Just 33 LLC does not accept returns unless a issue has been identified by our quality control team and printing partner vendors.
ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS:
Just 33 LLC will not be held responsible for any variances in size, color, or construction of garments from the mill or manufacturer. Just 33 LLC will not be held responsible for variances in ink colors or thread colors. Just 33 LLC will not be responsible for any manufacturer, mill or vendor defects on provided garments. Inks and garments can vary in appearance depending on brand and post-production care. Garments with plastisol screen print, foil, metallic inks or other specialty embellishing should be washed inside out to maximize washability and longevity of the garment. Just 33 LLC reserves the right to refuse service without explanation. Just 33 LLC reserves the right to change our pricing, privacy policy and terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
TEAM/CORPORATE STORES
GARMENT SIZE:
Sizing information, including garment-specific size charts, is available on each individual product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing details prior to placing an order. JUST 33 LLC is not responsible for size selections made at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS:
Orders placed through a Team Store or Corporate Store cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
Size changes
Item changes
Color changes
Quantity adjustments
Due to the high volume of orders processed and the rapid movement of our production schedule, orders may enter production shortly after placement and/or payment confirmation. In many cases, garments and production materials are purchased immediately to fulfill the order. As a result, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order has been submitted.
COMING SOON / BACK ORDER:
JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to partially ship, delay shipment, or hold orders for shipping, delivery, or bulk distribution if one or more items in the order have been placed on back order.
Items identified on the order confirmation, packing slip, or via email as “COMING SOON” or “BACK ORDERED” will be shipped, delivered, or made available via the original selected fulfillment method once the item becomes available. Due to circumstances outside of our control, including manufacturer and distributor delays, JUST 33 LLC cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time for back-ordered merchandise.

Please note that refunds for items designated as “COMING SOON” or “BACK ORDERED” are not permitted, as these items have already been ordered and are in progress.
OUT OF STOCK:
JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to partially ship or hold orders for shipping, delivery, or bulk distribution if one or more items in the order are determined to be OUT OF STOCK.
Items identified on the order confirmation, packing slip, or via email as “OUT OF STOCK” will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. For additional information regarding refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Due to the custom nature of all Team and Corporate Store items — including applied embellishments that cannot be removed — orders cannot be exchanged or returned for incorrect size selection or fit issues. Once a store closes, items are produced specifically for that order window and cannot be resold.
If you have sizing questions prior to placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We are also happy to assist with placing a new order for the correct size, if needed.
In certain cases, garments may arrive from manufacturers without a physical size tag. All such items undergo internal quality control review and size verification prior to fulfillment. JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to fulfill orders using garments without manufacturer tags once sizing has been verified through our quality control process.
Garments missing a tag are subject to a QC by Just 33 and have already been determined the size prior to your order fulfillment – the garment you received is correct in this case, and Just 33 LLC reserves the right to fulfill orders with garments missing a tag, as actions have been taken to ensure the size prior to fulfillment.
CLAIMS & RETURNS:
All order claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

Custom Promo Products
TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time varies based on the product and services selected. Production time begins once artwork proofs have been approved and payment has been received in full. Turnaround time is calculated in business days only. Additional finishing services, including but not limited to custom boxing, specialty packaging, shipping preparation, or bundled services, may require additional processing time.
SAMPLES
Due to production costs, single printed samples are not guaranteed and may not always be available. JUST 33 LLC utilizes a detailed digital proofing process for all custom orders to ensure accuracy prior to production. Pre-production sample requests must be reviewed and approved by our team. Blank, non-decorated promotional product samples may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required prior to production. JUST 33 LLC accepts cash, check, debit card, and all major credit cards. A 3.99% processing fee applies to all card transactions. JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke credit or debit card payment privileges at any time without explanation. Approved entities, including but not limited to schools, municipalities, organizations, and qualifying businesses, may be eligible for 14-day or 30-day terms upon approval. Due to the high volume of orders processed, JUST 33 LLC does not front production costs. All orders are produced to customer-approved specifications and require payment prior to entering production.
ARTWORK APPROVAL
All new artwork and artwork revisions are submitted via digital proof sent by email. Written approval via email is required prior to production. Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully, including spelling, grammar, layout, colors, sizing, and placement. JUST 33 LLC is not liable for errors or omissions that were present in an approved proof. Digital approval ensures that all parties confirm accuracy prior to production and eliminates unexpected discrepancies.
ARTWORK OWNERSHIP
Artwork review is provided at no charge, and minor adjustments may be completed at no additional cost when applicable. JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to withhold release of editable artwork files and final production files. All artwork created, recreated, or modified by JUST 33 LLC remains the sole property of JUST 33 LLC and is retained for reorder purposes only. Proofs, films, screens, and production files will not be released and may be discarded without notice.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to substitute products of comparable brand, style, or color without prior notice if the originally selected item becomes unavailable.
SHIPPING
Orders requiring shipment will be sent via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or arranged in advance. Shipping transit time is separate from production turnaround time. Customers are responsible for considering transit time when placing time-sensitive orders. Third-party shipping using a client-provided UPS account may be accommodated upon request.

All completed orders may be photographed and/or recorded by JUST 33 LLC for marketing, advertising, and demonstration purposes unless a written request to opt out is submitted and approved in advance.

Due to the nature of custom production, all orders are subject to a 3% spoilage allowance. Spoiled or misprinted items will be removed and discarded during quality control. This standard is consistent with industry practices. If an exact quantity is required, customers should order additional units to account for potential spoilage. Reprints requested within the spoilage allowance may be subject to a reset or setup fee.
LOGO PLACEMENT
A placement variance of up to ½ inch in any direction toward seams or edges is considered acceptable within industry standards.
PMS COLOR MATCHING
Pantone (PMS) color matching is produced within an industry-acceptable range of approximately 90% accuracy. Variations may occur depending on ink coverage, garment material, underbase application, and production conditions. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. All Pantone inks are mixed using precise digital scale systems to ensure the closest possible match.
UNDER / OVER PACKING
Due to human and mechanical packaging processes, a quantity variance of 1% or two (2) pieces — whichever is greater — in either direction (over or under) is considered acceptable.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be canceled after artwork approval and/or payment has been received. Due to the high volume of production and the speed at which orders enter setup and manufacturing, materials may be secured and production processes initiated immediately following approval. As a result, cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order has moved into production.
CLAIMS & RETURNS POLICY
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Customers must contact info@just33llc.com immediately regarding any discrepancies, defects, or concerns. Exchanges or reprints are considered only for unused, unworn items returned in full. Partial returns may be issued as account credit. Refunds are not provided. All returned goods must undergo internal quality control review before a resolution is determined. JUST 33 LLC does not accept returns unless a production or quality issue has been verified by our Quality Control team and authorized production partners.
ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS
JUST 33 LLC is not responsible for manufacturer or mill variances in garment sizing, construction, fabric content, or dye lots. Slight variations in ink or thread colors may occur due to production processes and material differences. JUST 33 LLC is not responsible for defects in customer-provided garments or manufacturer-supplied goods. Specialty inks and embellishments, including plastisol, metallic, foil, or specialty finishes, require proper care and may require hand washing to preserve longevity. JUST 33 LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time without explanation. JUST 33 LLC also reserves the right to update pricing, policies, and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
